Flow Cytometry Analysis

With this method, the surface receptors and internal components of cells can be analyzed according to size, granularity and fluorescence emission using laser, fluorescent markers and antibodies.

As the cells pass in front of the laser beam, light scatters and the fluorochrome on the cell surface emits high wavelength light. The emitted light is captured by two separate detectors and translated into analytical results. Graphical data are obtained.

Flow cytometry test is frequently used in cellular products (mesenchymal stem cells, fibroblasts, hematopoietic stem cells, etc.), exosomes, etc. to determine the characterization (identity) and purity percentage of biological materials.

After the product is taken into the analysis process, it is finalized and reported within 24 hours.

Analysis is performed in our GMP laboratory in accordance with the current European Pharmacopoeia 2.7.24.
